FacultyWe believe that there is nothing more important for the success of a school than employing the right teachers. Our intent is to recruit and retain the most outstanding educators to teach OSC students. In addition, we strive to maintain diversity on our teaching staff through international recruitment worldwide. We also maintain a core of outstanding Sri Lankan teachers to give us the perspective of our local culture and environment in addition to their regular teaching assignments. We currently employ 55 teachers and 10 assistant teachers, from 12 nationalities. CurriculumOur curriculum is IB throughout and our high school is college preparatory.
