Parents who intend to enroll their children at OSC must submit a completed application form for each student together with a (non-refundable) application fee and registration fee. All sections of the application form should be accurately completed and returned to the OSC together with:

• Application fee (non-refundable) of US$100 for each application
• Registration Fee for each application
• Photocopy of student’s passport (original should be produced on admission)
• Photocopy of birth certificate
• Photocopies of last two years’ school reports/transcripts
• 3 x passport-size photographs
• Medical report signed by a physician
• If fees are to be paid by an organization, a letter from the organisation on its official letterhead stating that the organization is responsible for the fees.

The collection and completion of an application form does not constitute an enrolment at the school and under no circumstances will it be considered to be so.

Once the completed enrolment papers have been received and the applicable fees paid, the school will then consider the application to be active and be in a position to either confirm a place in the school or to place your application on the waiting list.
