OSC is
registered as a non-profit making limited company with parents
of each and every student attending the school, members of
the company. The company is managed by a Board of Directors
of up to ten members at least nine of whom are parents of
children in the school. Board members are elected at the AGM
held in March every year where all full fee paying parents
are entitled to attend and vote. The full Board meets regularly
throughout the year to discuss issues regarding Education,
Finance, Administration & Policy, Marketing and Buildings
and Facilities.
