OSC is registered as a non-profit making, limited company. Parents of each and every full fee paying student attending the school are members of the company.

The OSC is governed by a ten-person Board of Directors, of whom nine are elected from among the full fee-paying parental body, while the remaining position is filled by appointment.

The Board meets a minimum of three times a year and is responsible for the development of policy and the appointment of a Head of School who serves in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer. Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting (held in January) and any Extraordinary General Meeting are limited to those parents who are full fee-paying.
